Tactics
Have you ever had the bad feeling that you were walled in? Don't be; make
the opponent feel this way! Basically, by walling his gate in you can hold off
his troops until he gets a few mangonels or rams. A small note: Use Of
This Tactic In The Imperial Age Is Not Advisable. There are exceptions,
of course, but it's a good general rule.
Here's how it works:
First, you want to find an enemy gate.
Secondly, send a villager to build walls right up against the gate.
Optionally, you can build 3 layers of walls; that'll push his button.
Lastly, sit back and start pumping out units while he tries desperately to
raze your walls.
Also notice that this tactic works well when the opponent doesn't have any
form of protection on that gate; so it'd probably work best in the Feudal Age.
